About US

Manor Farm Livery is a small privately owned livery yard set in 130 acres of East Northamptonshire countryside.  Established in 2012 the livery has grown from strength to strength. Our 27 stables offer spacious accommodation with a selection of Scott’s & internal Monarch ones ranging from 12ft x 12ft to 12ft x 20ft for the particularly large equines.   We have great facilities including a 60 x 30m wax jump arena, a 60m x 20m combi ride flood lit arena for flat work, lunge pen, off road hacking and spacious clean stables all fitted with rubber mats and self-filling troughs.

This combined with our all-year turnout and structured routine means the horses really settle well.

We are renowned for having one of the cleanest, relaxed yards in the area offering great facilities for both horse and their owners.
