All You Need and More

Our Services

Manor Farm Livery

At Manor Farm Livery, we pride ourselves on providing a calm, welcoming and well-equipped environment where the care and wellbeing of every horse is at the heart of what we do.

Stabling & Facilities

We offer a range of spacious stables, from 12ft x 12ft up to 12ft x 20ft, providing comfortable accommodation for horses of all sizes, including larger equines.

Our alarmed tack rooms are fitted with CCTV, while separate rug rooms and dedicated feed areas ensure that everything is organised and has its own place.

Turnout & Daily Routine

We are proud to offer 365-day-a-year turnout. We believe regular turnout is an important part of a horse's physical and mental wellbeing, so, wherever conditions allow, all horses are turned out regardless of the weather.

Turnout can be arranged individually, in pairs or in small groups, depending on each horse's needs and preferences. We also rotate our grazing, with separate summer and winter paddocks to help maintain the land and provide quality grazing throughout the year.

All horses are fed between 6:30am and 7:00am, seven days a week, providing a consistent routine that horses can rely on.

Schooling & Training Facilities

Our 60m x 20m flatwork ménage has a superb silica sand and fibre surface, with floodlights available during the winter months, allowing you to continue schooling throughout the darker evenings.

For jumping, our 60m x 30m jumping arena features the Andrew Bowen Propell Wax surface and is equipped with a full set of plastic show jumps. It provides an excellent all-weather surface for jumping, schooling and competition preparation.

Our lunge pen also features an Andrew Bowen Wax surface, making it ideal for lunging and loose schooling all year round.

Hacking & Off-Road Riding

There are plenty of opportunities for off-road riding at Manor Farm. We have a 6m-wide grass track around the 150 acres at the back of the farm, providing a fantastic space for hacking without needing to leave the property.

There is also a shorter track through our private wooded area, which leads onto a country road and provides access to further bridleways.

We are fortunate to have a good network of bridleways in the surrounding area, with only a short road hack required to access them.

Horse Care & Additional Therapies

We regularly accommodate TheraPlate, salt therapy and physiotherapy sessions, should your horse require additional care or support.

A Caring & Welcoming Yard

At Manor Farm Livery, we aim to create more than just a place to keep your horse. We offer a calm, friendly and welcoming environment, supported by knowledgeable and caring staff who are committed to providing high standards of care.

We believe that every horse is an individual, and we strive to provide the routine, facilities, turnout and personal care needed to help each horse thrive.
