Our Facilities
At Manor Farm we have stables ranging from 12ft x 12ft to 12ft x 20ft for the particularly large equines.
Alarmed tack rooms are fitted with cctv and separate rug rooms and feed areas mean everything has its own place.
We pride ourselves in providing 365 days a year turnout. We feel that this is an important part of a horses well being so will ensure that all horses go out regardless of the weather.
Turnout can be in small groups or pairs and we rotate our grazing providing summer and winter paddocks.
Our flat work ménage is 60m x 20m and has a superb silica sand and fibre surface.
We have an irrigation system fitted to ensure all year round perfect riding and floodlights available until 8.30pm.
Our jump arena has the Andrew Bowens Propell Wax surface and is a 60m x 30m ménage, complete with a full set of plastic showjumps, this arena is the perfect surface for jumping and competing.
Our off road riding consists of a 6m grass track around 130 acres.
There is a short track through our private wooded area leading to the road and then further bridleways.
There is a good network of bridleways around us with just a short hack on the road to access them.
Our lunge pen also has the Andrew Bowen Wax surface making this pen ideal for lunging or loose schooling.
From April to November we hold regular training clinics.
